HOTFIX: 2014.2 - Client API Inititialization Calls Iframe Removal

The client API initialization calls have been streamlined and the iframe that it used to render has been removed. The new way should be supported in:

IE8+
Firefox 3.6+
Safari 4.0+
Chrome 6+
Opera 12.1+
iOS Safari 3.2+
Android browser 2.1+
