HOTFIX 2014.1 - Removed the storepicker dropdown from mailinglists, and converted it to a filter page

Removed the storepicker dropdown from mailinglists, and converted it to a filter page. Should fix the issue where mailing lists saved to 'All Stores' do not show up in the mailing lists grid.
