FEATURE 2014.1 - Added support for Bill Me Later

Added support for Bill Me Later.

tore owners can now configure Bill Me Later on their stores:


When a merchant enables Bill Me Later, they will be automatically enrolled in PayPal's financing banner program, which will allow them to display banners on their website advertising the Bill Me Later payment method.

When Bill Me Later is enabled, shoppers will see a dedicated button on the shopping cart as well as an additional payment method on the checkout page:


When shoppers choose Bill Me Later, they will get an optimized checkout experience on PayPal for the Bill Me Later product:




Orders placed using Bill Me Later will be distinguishable in our admin console from orders placed using Express Checkout:




Note that while we track the payment type for these orders, it is possible for a shopper to choose Bill Me Later and then change their mind and choose regular Express Checkout once they reach PayPal (or vice versa). In those cases we will still see it as a Bill Me Later transaction.


In the default theme (DejaVu-Cosmo), a financing banner has been added to the header that will appear when a merchant enableds Bill Me Later:


But merchants can also add Bill Me Later banners themselves as a normal theme widget:





They can choose from several predefined sizes for the banner.

If Bill Me Later is not enabled, these widgets will not display anything.
