HOTFIX: 2013.4, 2013.5 - Fixed an issue with the "show orders with tracking numbers" filter

Fixed an issue that caused the "show orders with tracking numbers" filter on the "Enter Tracking Numbers" page to stick around even when attempting to remove it via the "X" button on the filter.
