HOTFIX: 2013.2, 2013.4, 2013.5 - Shipping method lookup for ShipWorks order shipping entries

The shipping method lookup for ShipWorks order shipping entries was not working properly when the parent order entity was saved, causing some (a lot of) holes in the data.

To a normal observer, it could appear as if the previous fix wasn't working at all, if all of the shipping records were being entered via ShipWorks.
