FEATURE 2013.2-5 Exclude Customer Types From Earning Reward Points

Merchants can now selectively exclude customer types from being able to earn reward points when checking out. When excluded customers shouldn't see any of the usual references on the front end in regard to earning points, but will still see messages related to paying with points, as the customer might have existing points assigned to them, or the merchant could still opt to manually credit their account with points.
