FEATURE: Added custom layout capability for variants and personalization options on product details page.

Now, instead of a single merge code for each, you have much better control over the display of variants and personalizations.

Here is a sample of the custom layout with all the supported merge codes:

Note that $$VARIANTGROUPOPENER$$ and $$VARIANTGROUPCLOSER$$ are used for existing pages and render opening and closing table/table row tags to make the rendering of the controls consistent. They are not required.

There are several smaller new features that went in as part of this:

* This same feature allows personalizations to be shown and entered from product display widgets (they already supported variants) and also from the product group display on the product details page.

* You can also now show variant swatches on both product display widgets and the product group display on the product details page.

* Ajax pricing updates now includes personalization markups (on product details page, product display widgets, and product group section of the product details page).

* Added settings to optionally render swatches as an unordered list for responsive layouts (separate settings for product details page, product display widgets, and product group section of product details page).
