FEATURE: Options For Earning Pts. When Purchasing With Pts.

Added the following options to earn points when paying with points setting-None, All, Fractional (default). Pop-up help updated to explain each selection as well.

None = No points are earned at all if the customer is paying with reward points (in part or in whole)
All = All points are earned as they normally would be regardless if the customer is using reward points to pay in part or in full.
Fractional = The percentage of the total being paid for by reward points is used to determine the number of points earned.
