HOTFIX: Client API Default Quantity Update

Client API AC.cart.update will no longer default to quantity 0 when no quantity is specified (will now use the item's current quantity, only setting to 0 when explicitly specified) Client API now supports calling AC.cart.update with the handlingFee property
