HOTFIX: Adcode Issue Fixed

Corrected more issues with the way the current adcode gets passed to discounts
Made sure that the data that discounts were using on Order Edit was up to date
Fixed the grid on the adcode list (it was passing the placeholder text to the search every time the page posted back and therefore never returning results)
