UPDATE: Improved Widget Slideshow Settings

Modified the Slideshow Widget settings Slide area to only show the
applicable options based on the Content Type dropdown.

I think this should avoid some confusion for when customers don't change the
ContentType and save, then lose whatever they changed.

Tweaked the layout of the image settings. (put URL and target together and put width/height together)

Also removed some of the superfluous "tips" since there is popup help and they were mostly all self-explantory. This allows all of the image settings to fit in the Modal window at once.
Increased the size of the Custom HTML box.
