FIX - Fixed an issue that caused Express Checkout to error on certain Order Total values. Amounts were not properly getting formatted as currency strings when passed to the Express Checkout object.
FIX - Fixed "Please select payment method" message on One Page Checkout when using PayPal Express Checkout.
