Small feature release extending custom fields.

• FEATURE: Date picker display option added to custom fields.  Can now ask for date entry in all spots custom fields are available.

• FEATURE: Added ability to "Require" custom fields to be entered, forcing the end user to enter a value for the custom field.
• FEATURE: Additional multinational/multi-currency support added.  Ability to change the currency symbol and default shipping country can now be set on Store Settings > Advanced.
