HOTFIX: Small styling fix for the optional paging controls we provide

Added a small fix for the default styling of the "page by number" style for list page paging, adding a small margin to the right of Prev.

This had plenty of work arounds, but it was just annoying more than anything, so we fixed it.  Before the “Prev” was right against the boxed [1].  Fix of the year award?  I’d vote for it…
