HOTFIX: Featured Items Snap-in Alignment

Previously if a featued item snap-in was set to display 4 items but only had 2 to display rather than displaying the 2 items as 25% each and 50% blank space the 2 items would fill the space at 50% each.

This caused alignment issues with pages with multiple snapins on the page. Now the spacing will be consistent.
