HOTFIX: ValidateCustomFields

Added a property to the Store, Customer, Order, and Product trans objects for API use called “ValidateCustomFields.” When set to true (default value in our system), a Validate call over the API will validate the custom field collection as well (if populated). When set to false, the custom field collection will not be validated against.
