HOTFIX: Active Theme Dropdown Menu

2010.5 and 2010.7
The “Active Theme” dropdown will no longer get assigned to the current Session Theme ID when it is set, it will always pull from the Theme ID recorded on the Store record in the database.

2010.7
The “Active Theme” dropdown will display themes of type “Standard” (and will also use blank theme types for backward compatibility).
