FEATURE/HOTFIX: Show Shipping Address by Default

Added the option to show the shipping address by default. Usually this is off and the billing address will be used unless the user takes action to say shipping should be different. This flag lets you show the shipping details by default and let them either fill it in or decide it’s the same. Depending on your business model, either default can be appropriate.
