FEATURE: Allow customers to pay for a backend order on the frontend

You now have the ability to allow a customer to pay for an order created on the backend at a later time.

1. Create the order in the backend.

2. Send an order email to the customer with ##ORDERPAYMENTLINK##

3. This link will take the customer to the frontend checkout page with the order prefilled in and allow them to apply payment to that order.
