FEATURE: Control+S support for admin console

Most admin pages that allow saving now support using Control+S to save. The script also ignores the keypress if the shift or alt key are down so Ctrl+Shift+S and Ctrl+Alt+S will do whatever they are natively meant to do (if anything). This is tested to work with FF, IE7-9, Chrome, and Safari, and even works on a Mac (Ctrl+S not Cmd+S)
