UPDATE: Admin UI “look and feel'”

Admin UI “look and feel” update. Several tweaks to the presentation of the admin console overall.

There will likely be further tweaks here and there to polish some things (additions of white backgrounds on some elements, for example).

• Addition of a very subtle textured background.
• The top righthand bar has been completely revamped, the “Feedback” button is more appropriately incorporated into it as well.
• “Loosening” of the design by removing some of the rigid borders around the page.
