HOTFIX: Email Changes

– sendEmail now merges noncustomer email body with first customer in collection if there is one

– Popup Email Editor no longer uses Mailing List Server by default

– sendEmail automatically uses Mailing List Server if the number of recipients is greater than 15

– Enlarged EmailTo field to (max) and stopped cropping To string to cust@cust.com, [2 others] so all addresses are visible in Customer Email Log
