HOTFIX: Google Checkout Shipping Discounts

Google Checkout will now support shipping discounts applied by AC. The cart has to meet the requirements of the discount before being sent over or as the result of a coupon code for this to work.

Shipping discounts are applied directly to shipping amounts, not to the cart total, when used with Google Checkout.
