FEATURE: New SEO features for Product Listing Pages

Added a few new SEO features for Product Listing pages such as Category, Manufacturer, and Attribute pages.

An option for adding a NOINDEX, FOLLOW robots meta tag to the head of the page on pages after the first page in the series. This option is defaulted to OFF.

An option to add “Page #” to the end of Page Titles and Meta Descriptions on pages after the first page in the series. This option is defaulted to ON.

Both of these Settings (6 settings total) are located on the Store > [Store Name] > SEO Settings page.
