FEATURE: Getting Started Tasks

Added a new section to the admin default page called Getting Started Tasks. This link to common areas of the admin in the order of importance. Each task has links to a KB article that will link to other articles. When you’re done with a task check it off and it will move over to the completed tasks panel. You can also uncheck it from the completed panel to get back in the list of todos. There is a “Keep this Panel Hidden” checkbox to set the section to not display when logging in.
