HOTFIX: PayPal Bug Fixes

Resolved an issue where upon returning from PayPal Express Checkout sometimes the customer ID would be missing. The resulting error would reference CustomerPaymentMethodID, even though the issue was there was no customer ID.

Resolved an issue where the transfer to PayPal and back (for payment) resulted in losing all assigned gift certificate data.

Corrected discount amount calculation for PayPal Express Checkout when starting it from One Page Checkout. It was coming out to double what it should have been and then a price adjustment would bring the cart back to what it was supposed to be. Totals were still right, just the breakdown was a little off.
