FEATURE: Cloud Based Email Support

Cloud based email support added for all store based emails (not including mass mailing lists). This is a private and protected cloud based emailing system that enhances receive rates with major providers and is a great platform to expand upon for the future.

• We now tag and track bounce notifications, open rates, send rates and many other statistics at the customer installation level. This allows us to gain new insight at the customer level on reliability, spam control and many other great things.
• We also segment the email statistics by type, such as Order, Customer, DripSeries, Subscription emails to track those same send/open rates across types.
• This new cloud based email system will also counter the already rare mail issues due to sending many emails through our system since this system scales easily across multiple email servers and millions of emails sent quickly.
• This new emailing system supports many new features that will be absorbed into AmeriCommerce over time including bounce notifications, open rates, send rates and many other statistics. It also includes an email parsing API that we can use to parse emails that come in easily which could be the foundation for an email management system for customer emails or ticketing systems.
