HOTFIX: More category reference fixes
HOTFIX: Added the merge code ## HTMLORDERITEMS##. In HTML order confirmation e-mails, the ## ORDERITEMS## code was dropping the unformatted text into the page. This code will put the order items in a table for html email purposes.
