FEATURE: Personalization Markup Fee

Personalize Markup Fee – adds a flat amount to the per-product price after Variants, quantity discounts, and other pricing is calculated when a value is specified for the personalize field. If no value is provided for the Personalize field when adding to the cart, the markup will not be applied. Adds a new delimited value to the end of the Product Personalization field on Import/Export.

Note, the way Product Personalize fields are imported, all fields are required to be present even if empty, and this change adds a new field to the end of the ~ separated list. This will require any automated product imports to take this into account.
