UPDATE: Remote Carting Redirect

Added “checkout.x” parameter to remote carting and will now redirect to checkout as a result of specifying “checkout.x=1”. This works to override the standard “send them to the cart” behavior after adding via remote carting. If a return URL was specified explicitly then that takes priority.
