HOTFIX: Applicable Discount Display Issue Fixed

The applicable discount display on the frontend is no longer tied to all discounts that affect the entire cart. It now narrows the list down to only discounts that affect products and runs the product through only those discount methods. This limits the applicable discount display to only product discounts that affect that product, and makes it far more accurate. Discounts applied to the current cart do not affect this display at all.
This fixes an instance where category pages were showing all products as applicable for discount when only one product in that category actually qualified for the discount.
