HOTFIX: Lexity Live Automatically Integrate On New Installs

Lexity Live integration changes:
New provisions will now activate Lexity Live by default.
Merchant ID will automatically be generated when first site on account is provisioned, added a script to update existing sites.
Merchant ID removed from settings page.
