HOTFIX: Scheduled Export Database Update

Scheduled Exports:
Will now log stack traces in the scheduled export log when an exception occurs during a scheduled export. These will only be in the database table and are not shown on the UI. The exceptions do not appear to be bubbling up to normal error handling mechanisms properly, and this is intended to give us more info about these errors.
Added some additional error condition checking with special messages that will not throw an exception but will add messages to the log.
