Google Trusted Stores - very much in beta

This feature exposes some integration points to make using this with AmeriCommerce easier. There are still manual steps involved and the store owner needs to be aware of Google's terms before they try to use it. The screenshots show some of the requirements.

Activating the feature will also activate the generation of the shipment and cancellation feeds that GTS requires. $$GTSORDERCONFIRMATION$$ has to be added to Order View manually to render the Order Confirmation script mentioned in the Google instructions. The primary javascript is added automatically.
GTS is reliant on another recent feature, shipping lead times.
