    I agree. It seems silly to have go retype names so many times. I also wish that with existing customers when search for and found, that the store would switch automatically to match the customer account.

    The current manual order entry page is very inefficient and highly error prone for Call Center use. There needs to be a more efficient work flow. Additionally flow should be entirely keyboard driven with no use of the mouse by the rep taking the order. Work flow suggestion: - Choose store - Add items to cart - This should happen prior to taking customer information should their desired item be out of stock - Add customer information - Confirm order information, billing, shipping, items, total and shipping - Take payment information - Submit order - Order status should automatically be set to approved payment status - System should auto reset for rep to start over for a new call/order
