Currently, entering a phone order requires typing the customer first and last name FOUR times. In 97% of orders, these four names will be the same. I appreciate the fact that you have allowed for these names to be different, and that could be important in some cases. However, each of us has only so many hours, minutes, and seconds in a work-day. Efficiency is important! PLEASE consider integrating a checkbox which would be checked by default which would apply what ever customer name is entered into the "Bill to" field to all other name fields. If a different name is then entered into another name filed, then allow that name to override the default that would have been used from the bill to field. Every cart (including AC) built since the stone ages has this functionality on the customer checkout side - it would sure be great if we could get it on our end.
