Add Manufacturer as Export Setting to Product Variant Export (15)

It would help out tremendously to be able to export data based on Category AND Manufacturer, especially with Product Variants.

  For us, price changes are usually manufacturer specific, so having a good way to access products by manufacturer is logical and would save us a lot of time.

  We had issues with this as well. All product exports should have Manufacturer as a filter. We currently have to download the entire database and manually narrow down to the specific manufacturer to work on their product line. Very time consuming for a large database.
