Create a "Bad customer" filter (1)
All of us online merchants live in fear of the cyber-shoplifters that terrorize by filing illegitimate chargebacks, etc. Worse yet is being struck multiple times by the same customer. The IP blacklist is great, but only part of the solution - many people now use mobile devices that have a different IP address every time they connect, etc. I request the ability to filter by name on the order, possibly even address - and then to have the option to either block said customer, or in my case I would prefer to receive a warning e-mail specifying that XYZ suspicious customer has placed an order - I could then review that order and make the decision to accept or reject it.

We would also like to see some type of Address / Customer Name Blacklist that would prevent the credit card from even being ran. 1 -
This really needs to be moved up the Priority list. We had a customer try to nail us for the third time yesterday. He's a known scammer. Thank God that I caught it on visual observation. IP address block did not catch it - different IP address, but same email address. That would have cost us $1300. Pretty simple to implement! 0
