Allow "non-shipping" Phantom items (2)

Currently a "Non-shipping" product can be created within Americommerce, but not as a phantom item. When selling e-products, etc, through Facebook, e-mails, etc, it would be very nice to be able to specify that the particular item does not require the addition of shipping charges. This would eliminate a lot of customer confusion and abandoned carts

  Try passing this querystring parameter: NonShippingItem=true
