Add option for grouped products to also show as stand alone products (3)

We are working with products that are being grouped, but would also like them to display as stand alone products for searches and product feeds. According to support, this can't be done with the current system and we would have to duplicate the products and manage them separately to have both a grouped and stand alone version.

  Kits support the item being sold individually as well as a kit.

  Kit functionality appears to be different from grouped product functionality. We are most interested in a "Parent can't be purchased" with grouped child products that can be purchased.
