  The ability to resize transparent PNGs has been added in 2011.4.1013.2+ and 2011.3.1013.1+

  Currently the image sizer puts a black background on any resized image with transparency.

  It currently converts them all to .jpgs as well.

  I'm glad we added this. I think all the votes on this were internal people, lol, but the community will love that this just works!
