add a simple refund button in case we can't fill the order or a customer return.

  There is a refund button on the Payment when you are in the order editor. It is the "Ref" link, next to the payment record on the order.

  Does that "Ref" link automatically refund the entire amount? What if a partial refund is wanted, i.e. shipping was calculated incorrectly?

  Where is this link? I do not see it in the order editor at the payment area?

  @Jennie. The Ref link refunds whatever is in the amount box in the right column of the payment. By default it is the full amount but if you want to do a partial payment just enter the amount you want to refund before clicking the "Ref" @Margo. It is the

  This currently works perfectly for credit card payments, can it be improved to also handle paypal refunds?

  Needs to work for custom pay option. As in Net 30 needs to be able to create a credit memo for the return/ credit back to the account amount of the return. Once the refund button is clicked a new page opens as in the credit memo for the return.
