Ira, I would consider using this feature when really needed if I had to pay, but I have not had a ticket that wasn't answered within 24 hours except for weekends so hopefully your experience gets better. 0 -
i would never pay...but most e-commerce sites have live chat features, this would be great for simple questions instead of opening a ticket and waiting possibly a day to hear back. I usually figure out my problems before you guys respond to my tickets. 0 -
