Allow Public Description to Overwrite Variant Group Names (3)

Currently the VARIANT GROUP NAME is displayed as prompt even if you have entered a PUBLIC DESCRIPTION for that Variant Group. Am I the only one who thinks this is cumbersome. Isn't that the definition of PUBLIC DESCRIPTION???? If you have many, many variants you can't change all the names to something like SIZE. This just gets confusing. I understand many users may have adapted to this already, so please add a CHECKBOX to the right of the row in the setup panel, something like USE PUBLIC DESCRIPTION in place of VARIANT GROUP NAMES. Programmers: Just run a 'find and replace' and go into the engine code and wherever you use this variable add an "if statement".

  What you're describing is the variant group's "Header HTML". The Header HTML replaces the Group Name. It wouldn't make sense for the public description to replace the name because then it would be the name not the description.
