Add UPC Field to the Product Mass Editor (1)

The UPC or GTIN field is not field that can currently be edited in the Product Mass Editor. This field also not be deleted using a .csv file download. From time to time, we have issues where a file is downloaded to excel with UPCs and someone does not think to reformat the GTIN column since Excel converts that column to a formula which has to be manually reformatted before the file is uploaded or the UPC numbers in the file will come back up as an Excel formula and override the UPC assorted with the item.

  We just added this to the mass editor for you and put it in as a hotfix for any 4/19/2013+ version. Thanks for letting us know.

  To delete a field in a CSV, replace the data in the field with <>
