show product photos / images in admin on product list (3)

Please show by default the product photo in the admin on the product list page or allow it in the custom grid choices. The pop-up isn't enough. I need to see at a quick glance, my products photos. There are simply too many products in my shop to remember the names and if the photo / primary image is next to the product listing line, I can quickly glance through and choose the listing. The other 5 carts I have evaluated all show the product photo in the product list.
