Calculate Free Shipping on Grand Total NOT Subtotal (45)

I just found out that americommerce calculates free shipping on the subtotal, not the total minus discounts. So if free shipping is $50, then someone with a 50% off coupon can get free shipping by only spending $25.

  Grand total includes taxes and any handling fees so using that isn't perfect either.

  How about options on how WE would like to calculate free shipping. Check boxes on what to include or exclude.

  I would love to see this changed as well. We constantly have customers game the system with a coupon code reducing their total purchase amount but still receiving free shipping based on the original subtotal. It seems natural that shipping calculations should take place after discounts are taken.
