    Is there a way to avoid having to always add an additional payment. I really think the payment process of collecting funds can be improved. Both Shopify and Volusion are user friendly for the admin and something should improved with this process.

    Have you tried setting your payment gateway to authorize only? Then you can process payments after reviewing the order.

    Were you able to get this resolved? When we take manual orders on the phone the amount to be charged is never auto-updated to the new total, it's very inconvenient and sometimes it can cause errors. The Payment amount before charging/authorizing the card should match the Order Total when the order has been changed
