Honor "This Item is not Shipped" flag for eProduct or other catalog items in 3rd Party API calls
When using an external shipping provider such as Shipstation, eProducts flagged with "This Item is not Shipped" is still sent to the 3rd Party. This causes extra work to clean and remove erroneous items.
I ship a physical item along with an eProduct. The eProduct is a part of the physical item SKU and does not need to go to the shipper or show up in the commercial invoice when exporting.

Hey Nolan - appreciate the feedback. How are you managing digital items in your catalog today?
Have you considered creating a rule in shipstation to ignore digital items? We need to send the digital item to shipstation because it would results in the order item quantity and total being wrong in shipstation
