SkuVault is a warehouse and inventory Management software package, and Americommerce allows store owners to easily sync inventory from SkuVault through their admin dashboard. This app will get available inventory from SkuVault, and update product's inventory with the matching Item Number(SKU) in AmeriCommerce. This article will walk you through the setup and features of this integration.
How it Works
AmeriCommerce's SkuVault app can run manually or automatically making it easy to set it up and forget it, or to quickly change the quantities on their site when the need arises. Once the sync has occurred, all quantities on the site will be updated. AmeriCommerce's SkuVault app will only sync products with available quantities which keeps the process simple and there is never any confusion as to what and how a product is listed.
This integration only pulls inventory from SkuVault to AmeriCommerce currently. We do not push order data to reduce inventory from AmeriCommerce to SkuVault. This is a one way integration.
While SkuVault supports multiple warehouses for one item, AmeriCommerce only uses one warehouse per item, so this will not support their multiple warehouse feature.
To begin setting up SkuVault, you will first need an account with them. You can visit www.skuvault.com to create your SkuVault account.
All you need is your SkuVault login credentials and to set if you would like to sync manually or automatically.
In your AmeriCommerce Dashboard navigate to Tools > Apps and Addons > SkuVault to enter your SkuVault credentials and set your Sync Interval.
Partner Alert: Shipstation
ShipStation is a shipping solution that streamlines the order fulfillment process for online retailers. Shipstation can push inventory to SkuVault

Sync Intervals and Options
There are two options for syncing, Manual or Automatic.
The Automatic sync can run every 15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hrs, 4hrs, 8hrs or 24hrs and are selected with the Sync Interval drop-down.
If you would like a manual sync, select manual from the Sync Interval dropdown > "More Actions" (top-right) > Sync Now".
Admin users also have the option to view past sync log history by selecting the "More Actions" dropdown at the top of the page and selecting "Sync Log History". Viewing this page will give the customer a list of past syncs with SkuVault that include when the sync started, when it was completed, if it was completed, any messages from the system about the sync, and how many errors (if any) were found. Customers can also export this report as an XLS or CSV.
