I have significant amoutn of abandonded carts each day. Enough that I try to look at them a few times a week. Most don't provide a name and email address, but occassionally they do. Does anyone know if a customer has already placed an order, logs back in to check the status of their order and then logs out, if this creates the illusion of an ...
